Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the United States is seeking a Program Controls Lead to drive governance across cost controls, estimating, scheduling, and forecasting for a portfolio of programs. You will lead Cost Controls and Scheduling teams and partner with PMO, Design Enablement, Innovation and client stakeholders to improve predictability, reporting, and capital planning alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with cost controls and scheduling focus.
• Experience leading cost controls, estimating, scheduling, or program controls.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Experience with portfolio controls governance and enterprise-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own program-wide controls governance frameworks across estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead cost controls and scheduling leadership across the portfolio.
• Develop and enforce standard methodologies and variance narratives for executive leadership.
• Maintain program-level dashboards, assumption logs, and risk registers.
• Collaborate with Project Delivery, PMO, Design Enablement, and Innovation teams.
• Provide early warning indicators and scenario analysis for strategic decisions.
