Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Program Controls Lead to unify cost controls and scheduling across our COE. You will drive governance, establish standards, and deliver data‑driven insights to improve predictability and financial stewardship for complex programs.

Reporting to the COE Lead, you will mentor Cost Controls and Scheduling teams, coordinate with PMO, Design Enablement, and client stakeholders, and advance capital planning and risk management across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in construction cost controls, estimating, scheduling, or program controls leadership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary controls or program management teams.
• Strong understanding of integrated cost and schedule controls methodologies.
• Experience with capital planning, forecasting, or enterprise program controls environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program controls governance across estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Establish and enforce controls standards, methodologies and governance.
• Provide leadership for estimating rigor, schedule integrity, and forecasting accuracy.
• Develop portfolio benchmarking and analytics to improve predictability.
• Partner with vendor and client stakeholders to align priorities and reporting.
