Job summary

Index Analytics LLC is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support financial and operational performance across Federal government projects. You will partner with project managers, finance, and contracts to forecast costs, manage budgets, and analyze performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years in program controls or government contracting.
  • Advanced Excel skills for modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Experience with Unanet ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support program controls with ad hoc analyses, reporting, and Unanet administration.
  • Maintain project records, labor categories, funding structures, and task codes in Unanet.
  • Develop Estimates at Completion (EACs) with PMs during monthly cycles.
  • Forecast cost and revenue, monitor budgets, and analyze variances.
  • Track subcontractor costs and monitor invoices.
  • Prepare financial, operational, and progress reports for stakeholders and clients.
  • Assist pricing for contracts, modifications, and new business opportunities.
  • Provide Unanet support and guidance to PMs and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Federal Government client badge and successfully pass a Public Trust background investigation.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline required.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program controls, project financial management, pricing, government contracting, or a related field.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.Experience with Unanet ERP/project management software preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functional teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
