Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Program Control Analyst who can be fully remote in the United States. The role involves planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting across multiple projects of varying types and risk levels, with significant interface across project managers and contracts, finance, procurement, and subcontract management.

Responsibilities include detailed financial reporting, burn rate maintenance, spend plan development, and EAC analyses, while supporting annual operating plans and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years related experience; Master's with 1+ year preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Strong financial management understanding and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; able to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with government contracting types (CPFF, FFP, T&M) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present detailed financial data for project cost/schedule status.
• Report customer weekly/monthly status, burn rate, and LOF.
• Assist in spend plans and perform analyses including EACs.
• Contribute to annual operating plan, forecasts, and revised estimates.
• Analyze cash flow, profitability, invoicing, and unbillables.
• Process subcontractor purchase requisitions and review invoices.
• Support new business proposals and cost management viewpoints.
• Assist in ad hoc financial requests and process improvements.
