Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Program Controls Specialist III to lead cost, schedule, and EVM governance for complex programs. You will drive baselines, performance reporting, and cost-control efforts to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Reporting to the Program Controls Manager, the role is based at Deer Valley, AZ with a hybrid work arrangement. Applicants should have strong EVM experience and aim to obtain PMP within six months.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in EVM (Earned Value Management).
• PMP certification required within 6 months of start date.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support development of initial program baselines and baseline changes.
• Prepare and analyze reliable cost report data for stakeholders.
• Manage EAC (estimate at completion) processes.
• Ensure cost and schedule integration aligns with scope and contracts.
• Communicate effectively with program team and customers.
• Maintain reliable EVM application, compliance, and procedures.
• Support issue identification, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist CAMs with monthly cost/schedule reviews and variance analysis.
• Drive organizational and program improvements and mentor teammates.
