Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Program Control professional to lead cost and schedule baselines, perform EAC management, and ensure EVM compliance. You will mentor teammates and drive improvements across multi-site programs, interfacing with customers and the integrated program team.

The role emphasizes cost reporting, schedule integration, and proactive communication with stakeholders to maintain program integrity and performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of EVM experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience communicating with program stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial program baselines and controlled re-baselines.
• Prepare and analyze cost data for stakeholders.
• Manage EAC (estimate at completion) processes.
• Ensure cost and schedule alignment to scope and contract.
• Communicate proactively with team and customers.
• Oversee EVM application, compliance, and procedures.
• Identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Mentor less-experienced teammates and support CAMs in reviews.
• Drive organizational improvements.
