Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Controls Analyst to join the Program Planning & Controls team in California.

You will ensure cost-schedule integration, develop performance baselines, and manage EVMS-compliant reporting across a diverse program portfolio for DoD, NASA, and commercial customers. The role interfaces with finance, contracts, and engineering to enable disciplined execution, transition to enterprise planning tools, and accurate ETC estimates.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning within aerospace/defense or similar complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in program cost control, performance measurement, and earned value analysis in aerospace/defense programs.
• Familiarity with corporate finance planning cycles, budgeting, and forecasting in a programmatic context.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, cost reporting tools, and working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and ANSI/EIA-748 compliance.
• Clear communication with both technical program teams and business/finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts aligned with program schedules.
• Support PMB development and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) as required.
• Prepare and analyze program performance metrics, including BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, variance analysis, and EAC.
• Collaborate with the Program Controls Scheduler to ensure cost-schedule integration and EVMS reporting.
• Interface with finance to align program reporting with business objectives and planning cycles.
• Ensure program tools and processes meet financial reporting, forecasting, and control needs.
• Work with PMs, CAMs, Engineering, Contracts, and Procurement on ETCs.
• Monitor and report performance using KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Support proposal pricing, BOEs, and cost planning integration.
• Contribute to training and development of the Program Planning & Controls team.
