Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Program Control professional to guide earned value management, cost baselines, and schedule integration across large, multi-site programs. You will collaborate with the IPT to develop comprehensive program plans and ensure baseline integrity throughout baselining events.

You will mentor colleagues, prepare reliable cost reports, support CAMs in cost/schedule reviews, and drive accurate EACs and variance analysis while maintaining compliance with contract

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience generating cost reports: CPR, IPMR, IPMDAR, CFSR.
• Proficient in MS Office and project controls tools.
• PM certification is a plus and beneficial for progression.
• Experience with external Master Schedule reporting using MS Project and SSI Tool.
• U.S. Person status or export authorization eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for programs.
• Partner with Integrated Program Team to develop program plans.
• Create cost and schedule baselines for large programs across sites.
• Lead or support initial baselines, re-baselines, and baseline changes.
• Prepare and analyze reliable cost data for stakeholders.
• Ensure EVM compliance and integration with scope and contract.
