Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental planning, finance or related field is required.
• 5+ years of related experience in program control, budgeting or similar roles.
• Experience with forecasting and financial analysis is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial and invoicing activities.
• Support project setup, maintenance, and close-out activities.
• Coordinate with clients and subconsultants on contractual, budgeting, and invoicing requirements.
• Monitor and track program budgets, forecasts, and contract modifications.
• Maintain and update Excel tracking sheets, SharePoint sites, project documentation, client deliverables and file systems.
• Support colleagues and coordinate compliance across various internal departments within ICF.
