ICF is seeking a Senior Program Control Analyst to manage budgets, forecasting and invoicing for West Coast programs in water resources, transportation, energy, and planning sectors. The role involves client-facing support to Project Managers, data management, contracting, scope development and scheduling.

Location options include Sacramento, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, Irvine or San Diego with remote or hybrid work.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in environmental planning, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.

Mansioni

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial and invoicing activities.
• Support project setup, maintenance, and close‑out activities.
• Coordinate with clients and subconsultants on contractual, budgeting, and invoicing requirements.
• Monitor and track program budgets, forecasts, and contract modifications.
• Maintain and update Excel tracking sheets, SharePoint sites, project documentation and client deliverables.
