Job summary

• 10+ years of relevant experience as a Program Control Analyst, Scheduler, or Finance Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a relevant technical field.
• Mastery of EVM principles and DoD EVMSIG knowledge.
• Experience with IPMR/IPMDAR reports and VARs.
• Strong MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• IMS management: maintain critical path and 60-90 day lookaheads.
• EVM tracking: monitor costs, forecasts, variances, corrective actions.
• Risk mitigation: identify risks and interdependencies, craft plans.
• Team facilitation: lead schedule reviews and status meetings.
• Ad-hoc support: assist with scheduling, cost estimating, and financial control.
