Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience supporting IC/DoD acquisition programs and budgets.
• Deep knowledge of IC acquisition processes, including IBPS, unfunded requirements, source selection, and EAC.
• Proven ability to defend budget recommendations with data-driven evidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level budgetary and financial management expertise for space and ground systems.
• Navigate IC/DoD budget processes and translate into actionable program information for leadership.
• Analyze resource allocation to meet requirements and optimize plans.
• Support source selection, reviews, and probable cost assessments.
• Prepare funding forecasts based on strategic priorities and evolving budgets.
• Review funding requests for accuracy, compliance, and merit to prevent waste.
• Develop budget spend plans and financial models for program performance assessments.
