Job summary

Chimera Enterprises International seeks a Senior Program Control Analyst to provide end-to-end budget, acquisition, and financial management support for NGA-Denver’s space and ground systems programs.

You will develop and defend budget strategies, evaluate proposals, and deliver decision-quality analyses to senior leadership, collaborating with program managers, technical leads, and government analysts in a fast-paced IC/DoD environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; 18+ years of directly relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 12+ years of experience directly supporting acquisition programs in the IC or DoD.
• End-to-end understanding of IC acquisition processes (IBPS, unfunded requirement management, source selection, contract budget, EAC).
• Recent experience on Major Systems Acquisition-level projects delivering decision-quality budget analyses to senior leaders.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, or eligibility and willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level budgetary and financial management expertise for space and ground systems.
• Navigate IC/DoD processes, translating them into actionable program and budget information for leadership review.
• Analyze resource apportionment to meet requirements, recommending optimal allocation strategies and execution plans.
• Support source selection processes, reviewing strategies and developing probable cost assessments.
• Prepare reports and estimates of future funding needs based on priorities and evolving budgets.
• Review and validate funding requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop executable budget spend plans and financial models informing EAC evaluations.
