Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant project support or financial management experience.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, project planning and control, forecasting, indirect rate management, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage program financial performance across the full life cycle.
• Partner with operations to provide analytics, guidance, and cost control within parameters.
• Build and manage forecasting models (EACs/ETCs).
• Perform AOP variance analysis, forecast tracking, and unbilled/DSO analysis.
• Support pricing and BOE development for program add-ons, modifications, and subcontractor funding management.
• Meet accounting close cycle deadlines while preparing accruals, billing data, and special financial reports for leadership.
