Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on the BSVII project in San Jose, CA. You will oversee constructability, review plans for costs, and guide proposal efforts, coordinating with VTA and clients to ensure alignment with program goals.

The role requires a California PE license, 13–19 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering-related field and 13–19 years of relevant experience or 17–19 years total experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) / Licensed Civil Engineer in California is required.
• PMP or CCM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead constructability reviews and assess impacts on all aspects of the program.
• Manage direct reports and oversee interdisciplinary teams.
• Review plans and specifications for costs and constructability; lead proposal preparation.
• Lead or participate in client/contractor meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
