Job summary

Balfour Beatty US in San Diego is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead on-site administration for large-scale commercial construction projects. You will oversee Project Managers, manage contracts, change orders, submittals, procurement, and the financials needed to keep projects profitable and safe.

Minimum requirements include substantial experience in commercial construction, DSA and design-build capabilities, and a BS in construction management or engineering.

Qualifications

• Lead projects of $50M or greater; Commercial Construction.
• DSA Experience.
• Design Build, Progressive Design Build Experience.
• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Fifteen years or more of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Seven years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience with project manager software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s).
