Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in certified flight deck display development.
• Strong background in technical project management, including schedule management and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage display product development programs to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Provide technical and project management leadership across hardware, systems, and software teams.
• Act as single point of contact for engineering, ensuring alignment with program and customer expectations.
• Drive program planning and execution, including bids, risk management, and customer presentations.
• Ensure compliance with avionics regulatory/certification requirements (TSO, DO-160, DO-254, DO-178B/C).
