Job Title: Senior Program & Budget Analyst at Radiance Technologies

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced budget preparation and data analysis for programs managed by the Army INSCOM G3 Aerial ISR Division.
• Compile and analyze data, provide financial oversight, conduct cost analysis, and prepare high-level reports and presentations.
• Track, monitor, and evaluate financial activities to ensure compliance with DoD regulations.
• Apply accounting principles, assess financial performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in budget preparation and financial analysis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Experience:

• MA/MS Degree with over 10 years’ experience OR BA/BS Degree with over 15 years’ experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior military leaders

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields
• Project Management Certification
• AGILE or SCRUM Certification
