Job summary
Tactica Solutions LLC in Fort Belvoir, VA seeks a Program Analyst III to lead manpower studies and force management initiatives for INSCOM, G-3 FM, ensuring operational effectiveness of Echelon Above Corps units through structured analysis and coordinated staff work.
You will drive all five phases of manpower requirements, train MSCs on Baseline Submission Packets, validate data, and support TAA documentation, CMPs, and CPLAN products while coordinating taskings and maintaining trackers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in workload analysis, force management, or org structure
- Knowledge of AR 570-4, AR 71-32, DA PAM 71-32
- Clearance: TS/SCI; CI poly when required
- Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS
- Strong briefing, analytical and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Execute full five-phase manpower requirements process per AR 570-4
- Lead research on missions, roles and functions for workload analysis
- Train Major Subordinate Commands in Baseline Submission Packets (BSPs)
- Collect, validate, analyze data and develop reports and exec summaries
- Coordinate and manage INSCOM/HQDA taskings and SOPs; maintain trackers
- Draft OPORDs and FRAGOs and monitor 4610-R requests/BOIPs
