Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Total Force Manpower Analyst to provide senior-level civilian and military workforce analysis for I MEF programs. You will advise leadership on workforce planning, manpower allocation, compliance, and performance management.

The role integrates federal manpower policy with Total Force principles to support informed decision-making and organizational readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of manpower analysis, workforce planning, or human capital management.
Experience supporting federal civilian manpower programs.
Active Secret clearance.
Master’s degree preferred; DoD/Marine Corps civilian workforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level Total Force manpower analysis and advisory support to I MEF leadership.
Serve as liaison between military leadership and the federal civilian workforce.
Analyze civilian manpower allocation per Manage-to-Payroll guidance and regulations.
Administer Civilian Resource Working Groups (CRWG) and manpower prioritization forums.
Ensure compliance with federal employment rules, policies, and performance management.
Develop workforce analytics, reports, and recommendations for staffing and readiness.
Provide training and guidance to leaders on civilian manpower policies and procedures.
