Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Program Analyst to modernize processes and strengthen program operations across the division. The role blends program management, human resources, and configuration management to coordinate goals, deliverables, and services with moderate oversight.

You will define, design, deploy, and support effective processes while guiding team members and backing the Program Manager. This role is central to improving performance and enabling critical missions for our US government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program management or cross-functional program analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication with ability to present complex data to leadership.
• Ability to translate data into recommendations for decision-makers.
• Experience with SharePoint-based websites and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides back-up support for project meetings, action items, and resources of designated project initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, policies, and SOPs for programs.
• Lead and advise on process improvement initiatives.
• Create and deliver senior leadership briefings, talking points, and project plans.
• Support design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint instances.
• Coordinate with IT on corporate updates and address functionality issues.
• Establish performance measures and monitor metrics to drive improvements.
