Job summary

Parsons is seeking a detail-oriented Program Analyst to support a federal civil works and infrastructure program in the United States. You will provide programmatic, analytical, administrative, and contract support across multiple task orders and projects.

You will work with Government leadership, project managers, schedulers, cost estimators, risk managers, environmental specialists, construction managers, and subcontractors to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, PM, Public Admin, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience; DoD or federal program experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; data tracking and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic, analytical, administrative, and contract support across multiple task orders.
• Track activities, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
• Develop and maintain procedures, trackers, templates, and management processes.
