Qualifications

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Analyst to join our team! The Program Analyst will play a key role in modernizing processes and strengthening program operations across the division. Combining program management, human resources, and configuration management expertise, this position supports the coordination of program goals, deliverables, and services with moderate to limited oversight. The analyst helps define, design, deploy, and support effective processes while providing guidance to team members and backup support to the Program Manager. This role is central to improving program performance and enabling the successful execution of critical missions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provides back-up support for Project Management administration of project meetings, action items, and resources of designated project initiatives.
• Provide senior program and project management support, including the coordination of meetings, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead and advise on process improvement
• Craft and deliver senior leadership briefings, talking points, and project plans to help leadership decisions.
• Support the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint instances and other web-based tools, ensuring currency of information and refinement of utility..
• Represent the directorate to coordinate with IT on corporate updates, and proactively address functionality issues.
• Assist in the creation, update, and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and performance metrics to measure progress against goals.
• Establish performance measures, monitor metrics, and analyze results to identify and implement performance-based improvements.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a relevant field such as program management, cross-functional program analysis.
• Excellent skills in oral and written communication, with a demonstrated ability to present complex strategies, data, and operational metrics to leadership
• Proven ability to translate data into recommendations for decision-makers and analyze the outcomes of implemented strategies.
• Working knowledge of program application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites.

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
