The position requires directing complex analyses, researching improvements, and coordinating cross‑functional project activities. Strong technical writing and QA skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience leading teams and managing projects.
• Two years of experience researching and analyzing information and making recommendations for process improvements.
• Three years of experience writing technical documents, procedures, training, or other instructional material in a work environment.
• Three years of experience proofreading, editing, and providing quality assurance of other’s written material in a work environment.
• Two years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Process Owner and Project Lead for Procedures and Training initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities and edit publications for procedures and trainings teams.
• Manage the process’ operational plan and reports and provide complex consultative functions.
• Research and recommend methods to implement changes and improve processes.
