Job summary

Swingtech, a trusted IT and professional services partner for federal clients, seeks a Program Analyst III in Washington, DC area. You will lead complex program analyses, design evaluation metrics, and deliver data-driven insights to senior management for policy, oversight, and resource decisions.

The role emphasizes dashboards, performance measurement, and cross‑functional collaboration, with mentorship of junior analysts and executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field and three+ years performing or leading program analysis.
• Ability to design and execute analytical projects independently.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses on programs, policy, performance, and management.
• Define scope, data needs, methodologies, baselines, metrics and targets.
• Integrate financial, operational, quantitative, and qualitative info.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.
• Design evaluation frameworks for new or evolving programs.
• Forecast, trend and workload analyses; assess program effectiveness.
• Produce executive memos and briefings with clear recommendations.
