Swingtech is seeking a Senior Operations and Process Improvement Advisor to provide expert-level support to a large federal professional services program. The position is onsite in the United States and requires a Secret clearance.

The candidate will analyze complex challenges, recommend efficiencies, and prepare or review substantial technical and management documentation. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in operational improvement, federal mission support, and capable briefing

Position Summary

Swingtech Consulting is seeking a Senior Operations and Process Improvement Advisor to provide expert-level support to a large federal professional services program. The selected candidate will analyze complex operational and organizational challenges, recommend efficiencies, support mission execution, and prepare or review substantive technical and management documentation.

The position requires demonstrated expertise in a relevant functional area, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to translate complex issues into clear and actionable recommendations.
