Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior Program Analyst to support the B-2 Division at Tinker AFB, OK. The role focuses on modernization, test, production, fielding, and sustainment of B-2 aircraft and related systems.

The position requires advanced data analysis, metrics development, and briefing preparation for leadership, Congress, and other stakeholders, with extensive coordination across agencies and with external partners.

Qualifications

• Must have a Secret clearance.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field with 10 years of experience, five of which must be in DoD.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12 years of experience, five of which must be in DoD.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical data analysis, modeling, simulation, optimization, and analytical support to develop performance measures and metrics.
• Maintain and develop performance measures, targets, and data collection rules across business areas.
• Review and analyze business rules to ensure alignment with performance targets and document calculations.
• Prepare briefings and responses for Acquisition Sustainment Reviews, Congressional inquiries, and CAT activities.
• Respond to taskers with problem identification, analysis, and recommended actions for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate with internal and external organizations to manage programs and support RSO workflow.
• Apply statistical techniques for time-series analyses, including forecasting methods and what-if analyses.
• Produce materials and reports using standard USAF office automation software.
