Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the B-2 Division, managing modernization, test, production, fielding and sustainment for B-2 aircraft programs at Tinker AFB, OK.

The role leads cross-functional teams across engineering, logistics, contracting and finance to ensure milestone delivery, risk and IPT/PIWG participation in a fast-paced defense setting. This role requires Top-Secret clearance and extensive DoD acquisition knowledge.

Qualifications

• Top-Secret clearance required.
• Advanced degree and extensive DoD acquisition experience.
• Understanding of DoD/USAF processes and records management.

Responsibilities

• Apply acquisition program management policies across lifecycle activities for USAF systems.
• Support proposal reviews and coordinate documentation across finance, contracting, engineering and logistics.
• Develop and coordinate responses to taskers and assist in milestone planning.
• Manage risk, schedule, cost, and trade-offs for UON/JUON and rapid test concepts.
• Produce program office products including BCAs, and acquisition plans.

Skills

Top-Secret clearance

Education

Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications

Must understand current DoD and USAF acquisition regulations

Must handle all official records in accordance with AFI 33-322
