Job summary

Credence seeks a senior Program Analyst to support the B-2 Division at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on modernization, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of B-2 aircraft systems.

Responsibilities include data analysis, performance metrics, and supporting Congressional inquiries. The position requires leading analytical efforts, coordination with multiple directorates, and delivering actionable insights for senior leadership within the AFLCMC/AF.

Qualifications

• Requires a secret clearance.
• Senior program analyst experience in a DoD environment preferred.
• Experience developing and coordinating performance measures and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical data analysis, modeling, simulation, optimization, and analytical support.
• Maintain and develop performance measures and targets across business areas.
• Review and analyze business rules to align with targets and document calculations.
• Prepare briefings and responses for acquisitions sustainment reviews and Congressional inquiries.
• Support TMT suspense tracking and PEG action officer assignments.
• Train staff on TMT usage and respond to technical questions.
