Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a senior Program Manager to support the B-2 Division responsible for modernization, test, production, fielding, and sustainment of B-2 and related systems at Tinker AFB, OK. You will guide acquisition programs through their life cycles, manage risk, and coordinate across functional teams.

The role requires extensive DoD/USAF acquisition knowledge and a Top-Secret clearance, with a strong focus on schedule, cost, and performance management in a high-demand

Qualifications

• Must have Top-Secret clearance.
• Master's or Doctorate in a related field with at least 10 years of DoD experience OR Bachelor's with 12 years of DoD experience.
• Understanding of DoD and USAF acquisition regulations, guidelines, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Apply acquisition program management policies to USAF systems and life-cycle activities.
• Support proposal reviews and coordinate documentation across relevant functions.
• Assist in risk management, project management, and IPT/PIWG participation.
• Develop and coordinate responses to taskers and internal/external inquiries.
• Support warfighter Urgent Operational Needs (UON/JUON) with accelerated test concepts and trade-offs.
• Produce or review program office products including analyses, estimates, and plans.
• Assist with MSAs, design reviews, and cost/schedule/performance planning documents.
• Translate requirements documents into RFP documentation for F/B Directorate.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in integrated program reviews and conferences.
• Provide program assessments to ensure milestone documents align with strategy.
