Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Knowledge Manager (Requirement Analysis) to capture user needs, model data flows, and ensure that information-sharing systems meet mission requirements at Fort Meade, MD. You will work with USCYBERCOM J2 to align processes with DoD/IC standards and support secure, cross-domain data sharing.

The role emphasizes user collaboration, requirement validation, and documentation across KM activities, with TS/SCI clearance required and extensive experience in information systems

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience: 12 years w/o a degree / 10 years with AS/AA / 8 years with BS/BA / 6 years with MS/MA / 3 years with PhD.
• Knowledge management concepts and IC/DoD classification guidelines
• Ability to collaborate as KM team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Understanding of centralized/peripheral databases and records management systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate user needs into system requirements

Responsibilities

• Capture requirements and model data flows for information-sharing systems
• Align processes and tech to enable seamless information sharing across analysts and organizations
• Develop information system requirements aligned with DoD and IC standards
• Interview users, review systems, and assess processes to update requirements
• Create logical data models and use cases for new apps
• Interface with users to define problems and validate requirements
• Manage cross-domain data transfer activities with proper logging and compliance
• Track Government laptops, CACs, and peripherals for J2 personnel
• Coordinate KM meetings and maintain requirements documentation
• Author and maintain operating instructions for programs and initiatives
