Job summary

ISN Corporation is seeking a Program Analyst to join the Program Management Office (PMO) supporting a federal Background Investigations contract. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, performance monitoring, forecasting, and comprehensive reporting to enable informed leadership decisions.

You will collaborate with operational leaders to identify trends, support workforce planning, and provide recommendations aligned with contract requirements and customer objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing operational, workforce, quality, production, and performance data.
• Ability to develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and daily operations of the Background Investigations Program.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data for decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Forecast workforce and allocate resources to meet program needs.
• Prepare customer-facing deliverables and briefing materials.
• Support stakeholder engagement, audits, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track milestones and maintain documentation.
