Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a highly organized PMO Analyst to support a complex Intelligence Community modernization program. You will coordinate, report, track schedules, manage contract deliverables, and maintain program artifacts across leadership, contracts, finance, and subcontractors.

Must be local to the Washington DC metro area and able to work onsite in SCIF environments; about 5% travel within DMV. TS/SCI with CIPoly preferred; Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in federal programs required.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required per contract requirements.
  • Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI access and CI Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years supporting Federal government programs or complex initiatives.
  • Experience with status reporting, schedule tracking, and deliverable coordination.
  • Experience developing or tracking program/contract deliverables.
  • Familiarity with Federal contracting environments and program documentation.
  • Experience maintaining project schedules, trackers, reports, or dashboards.
  • Experience coordinating inputs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • Familiarity with PM tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and raise questions or risks to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager with day-to-day program management, coordination and reporting.
  • Coordinate development, review and submission of CDRL deliverables.
  • Track contract deliverables, milestones and due dates; follow up with owners.
  • Assist IMS maintenance by collecting updates from leads.
  • Maintain program trackers for risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, milestones.
  • Prepare standard templates, status reports, dashboards, materials and customer briefings.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, contracts, subcontractors and stakeholders for inputs.
  • Support customer meetings by preparing agendas and minutes; track actions to closure.
  • Assist with reviews and milestone events (SRR, PDR, CDR, quarterly reviews).
  • Review deliverables for completeness and submission readiness.
  • Support cost, schedule and performance reporting, including EVM when applicable.
  • Maintain organized program documentation and records per standards.
