Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the PMO within the Mission and Engineering Support line of business through data-driven operational analysis and process optimization.

The role emphasizes contract performance, strategic planning, resource modeling, risk assessments, and workflow automation to translate objectives into analytical requirements that enhance contract execution and scalability.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
Typically a BA/BS or equivalent experience with 5+ years in related work.
Excellent written communication; clear, concise, accurate.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams).

Responsibilities

Draft, coordinate, and maintain program deliverables (MSR, ITAR reports, assessments, sync notes, and cards).
Apply AI/ML tools to analyze program data and automate PMO workflows.
Support day-to-day admin workflows and centralize program actions.
Coordinate across program and government personnel to resolve inquiries.
Contribute to PMO activities including contract admin, subcontract support, security coordination, staffing workflows.
Assist with new-hire processes and onboarding logistics within CACI and Majestic Mustang.
Collaborate with partners to develop strategic and tactical project plans.
