MetaPhase Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support DHS CISA ISD SSTF, focusing on education, product development, training outreach, and communications. The role targets experienced candidates with a strong track record in government-facing programs.

The position involves coordinating meetings, developing outreach content, and ensuring compliance with 508 and Plain Writing guidelines, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders nationwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in outreach, communications, and writing within management or government consulting.
• Strong English writing skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and track multiple complex tasks.
• Expertise in outreach, communications, and education best practices.
• Expertise in product and training development.
• Familiarity with CISA Style Guide, Section 508 and Plain Writing Act.
• Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship required).

Responsabilités

• Develop new educational/outreach products and content.
• Manage SSTF meeting logistics and engagements.
• Edit products and ensure compliance with CISA/508/plain language guidelines.
• Create media and graphics using InDesign, Illustrator, and MS Office.
• Develop video, audio, infographics, and communications plans.
• Assess stakeholder needs and lead process improvement.
