Job summary

MetaPhase Consulting seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support the DHS CISA Infrastructure Security Division SSTF. The role focuses on education, product development, training outreach, and communications for K-12 school safety initiatives.

The candidate brings 10+ years of applicable experience and the ability to secure a DHS Public Trust clearance. Role involves coordinating SSTF meetings, content creation, and ensuring compliance with 508 and Plain Language guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in outreach, communications, and writing within management and/or government consulting.
• Strong English language writing skills, communications and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and track multiple complex tasks.
• Expertise in outreach, communications, and education best practices.
• Expertise in product and training development.
• Familiarity with guidelines such as CISA Style Guide, Section 508 and Plain Writing Act.
• Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• New educational/outreach product development, enhancement, management, and content creation
• Manage logistics for SSTF Meetings, engagements, and taskings
• Edit products and manage records within CISA, 508, and Plain Language guidelines
• Develop media and graphics through various tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, MS Suite
• Develop video, audio, infographics, communications plans, talking points, briefings
• Assess stakeholder needs, lead process improvement efforts
