Job summary

Concurrent Technologies Corporation is seeking a highly qualified Lead Program Analyst to support federal capital investments and infrastructure initiatives in the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability Division.

You will serve as the region's senior advisor on Force Design and Barracks 2030, coordinating across Marine Corps Installations Pacific with a focus on budgeting, scheduling, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 6+ years of experience with Government or DoD/USMC programs, real estate, MILCON, or capital investment.
• Experience leading capital investment programs within DoD or federal facilities organizations.
• Knowledge of Force Design and Barracks 2030 indicatives.
• Experience developing governance materials and After-Action Reports for senior-level groups.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across HQ, regional commands, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior advisor and region point of contact for Force Design and Barracks 2030 initiatives across Marine Corps Installations.
• Manage a portfolio of programs, tracking cost, schedule and performance metrics for oversight.
• Interface with Regional Facilities Officer as primary contractor liaison.
• Support infrastructure planning, budgeting, and MILCON/FSRM program execution.
• Maintain information systems and dashboards to support decision making.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate strategy progress.
• Provide support to RPAO for Real Property Inventory activities.
