Job summary

MLT Systems is seeking an Acquisition Program Analyst to join our Stafford-based team. The role supports the PM TCE and offers Jr, Mid, and Sr levels with responsibilities across program analysis, risk management, and IMS development.

Responsibilities include coordinating decision events, maintaining schedules, generating IMS reports, and preparing briefs and briefing materials for leadership. A Bachelor's degree and DoD policy familiarity are preferred, with clearances as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Jr-level: 0–2 years of experience; Mid-level: 3–6 years; Sr-level: 7–9 years.
• Secret clearance required for Mid and Senior levels; ability to obtain for Jr level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to facilitate programmatic decision events, milestone reviews, and assessments.
• Conduct risk identification and mitigation; track risks per the Risk Management Plan.
• Support risk management by addressing actions; prepare agendas, materials, and minutes; populate risk databases.
• Perform detailed schedule analysis, including IMS development and risk assessment; maintain IMS reports.
• Develop and deliver IMS reports: Outlooks, Variance, Past-Due, Milestone snapshots.
• Provide input for briefs and presentation materials; coordinate meetings.
• Update Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center SharePoint site.
• Manage program information in data repositories; post docs and generate reports.
• Draft Automated Message Handling System naval messages and correspondence.
• Prepare Trip Reports for attended events with travel.
