Job summary

MLT Systems in Quantico, VA seeks a Program Analyst II to support Navy acquisition programs and perform rigorous data analysis to inform readiness and cost optimization.

You will collect and review information, develop solutions to problems, and report findings to Government, employing strong organizational skills and an ability to work both independently and in a team. Active Secret clearance is required; bachelor’s degree preferred with extensive defense lifecycle experience.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Not eligible for remote work.
• Mid level knowledge of acquisition logistics and Product Support Elements.
• Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and priority management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience conducting research and data/trend analysis on weapon systems.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Adaptable to fast-paced and changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.
• Define the nature and extent of problems.
• Analyze data including revenues, employment, cost, schedule, or expenditures.
• Develop solutions to problems.
• Prepare and solve mathematical models and report findings to Government.
• Establish and sustain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Prepare program reports and maintain tracking databases.
• Organize official files and contribute to updates.
