Job summary

Changeis is seeking a Senior Program & Budget Analyst to provide senior-level support for a federal research and development program. The role includes coordinating portfolio development, preparing Executive Board briefings, and maintaining records.

Hybrid work with occasional onsite at FAA facilities; candidates in the Washington, DC area or southern New Jersey are preferred. The analyst will also manage federal reporting, compile performance data, and produce management briefings and reports

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a major that includes accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
Experience with federal budget formulation and portfolio development.
Experience coordinating executive governance bodies and preparing briefings for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the annual portfolio development process.
Prepare and facilitate Executive Board meetings.
Develop executive-level briefings and maintain official records.
Support budget formulation.
Manage recurring federal reporting and produce management briefings for senior leadership.
