Job summary

9th Way Insignia, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support the VBA EDW initiatives in Washington, DC. You will collect, compile, and analyze data to improve business processes and programs, working within an Agile team to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include developing deliverables, documenting requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, mentoring junior analysts, and producing timely status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline, an additional 8 years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager, team, and stakeholders by collecting, compiling, and analyzing data to evaluate the business processes and programs.
• As part of an Agile team, support continuous improvement efforts by identifying new data sources, gathering, and analyzing relevant data to evaluate potential or new processes and/or requirements.
• Support program deliverables development and updates, and as appropriate, generate applicable deliverables.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand and document existing and emerging business requirements; work with team to ensure requirements are being included in future sprint activities.
• Participate in team calls and meetings.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and oversight of less experienced Program Analysts.
• Provide accurate and timely status reports on the progress of assigned tasks.
• Support the development of documentation related to team activities and enhancements, particularly related to customer requirements development.
• Create and maintain documentation on processes and procedures and participate in period reviews of existing processes.
• Collaborate with staff and the Program Manager to prioritize requests for ad hoc report development.
• Collaborate with team members on metadata management and integration of process assets to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
