We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our Army customer in Arlington, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award. The analyst will develop policies, conduct research on Foreign Military Sales, Security Assistance, Export Controls, and Technology Transfer, and provide technical advice to US Government representatives.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree and at least four (4) years of experience in international affairs or national security policy, with knowledge of the Foreign Military Sales process. Alternatively, ten (10) years of applied security assistance experience as a US Armed Forces member or US Government employee can substitute for the degree.
2. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required due to the sensitive nature of the work.
