Job description

Description

You will provide high-level analytical support to programs and projects across government or private-sector organizations. This role involves evaluating program performance, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations. The Senior Program Analyst often liaises between leadership, stakeholders, and operational teams, ensuring that program goals align with organizational objectives and are executed efficiently.

*Position is contingent on contract award.*

Requirements

Required Credentials

  • Current Tier 3 clearance or the ability to obtain one before the start date.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with at least ten (10) years of experience with Government financial and budget cycles; or a High School diploma with at least fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.

Experience

  • Financial analyst role experience, including leading and training financial analysts.
  • Ability to track technical and financial milestones.
  • At least three (3) years of recent experience with government planning, forecasting, program budgeting, funding execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Proven ability to learn financial processes on the job with limited assistance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and related presentation software.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting.
  • Five (5) years of Federal grant management experience, preferably with the Department of Navy or Defense.
  • Five (5) years of experience with Navy ERP or similar DOD accounting software.
  • Experience as a trainer for Navy ERP or similar software.
