Job Description:

What You'll Do

  • The Senior Professional Service Management Specialist is responsible for the operational excellence of the contingent workforce operations. They will drive strong, collaborative, and cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and guide business partners to ensure excellent customer service, compliance, and effectiveness. Collaborates with business partners to identify, define, scope, and implement non-employee staffing solutions for various contingent labor categories.

How You'll Do It

  • Understand business needs and build the program to support various contingent worker engagements via SOWs or full-cycle requisitions. Develops and maintains strong relationships with key team members and stakeholders through regular communication and status updates throughout the engagements.
  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity within the VMS tool used to track non-employees, performs specialized reporting, and manages change activities including onboarding compliance, rate and end date changes, and offboarding.
  • Ensures contingent labor supplier performance optimization and adherence to operational policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines. Manages supplier performance relating to responsiveness and operational activities via established SLAs and KPIs.
  • Supervises and mitigates supplier risks to drive compliance with training completions, offboarding, and issue resolution.
  • Performs regular check-ins with suppliers about performance and operational activities, setting expectations for future engagements to ensure success.

Qualifications You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of related experience with a proven track record of increased responsibilities.
  • 2+ years of global procurement experience with a proven track record of increased responsibilities.
  • Alternatively, 6+ years of global procurement experience in lieu of a degree.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

  • Primarily remain in a stationary position.
  • No required movement about the work environment.
  • Primarily performed indoors in an office setting.
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and calculators.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, Arts, or related.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Experience with VNDLY or similar VMS tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
