Job summary

First Call Computer Solutions is seeking a Tier 3 Professional Services Engineer to lead the implementation of complex IT projects and deliver production-ready environments. The role focuses on multi-site deployments, migrations, hybrid cloud, and security, with close collaboration with Project Managers and clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years implementing business IT infrastructure.
• MSP or IT consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing infrastructure projects from planning through production.
• Strong troubleshooting, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of technically demanding customer projects, including multi-site network deployments and hybrid cloud implementations.
• Coordinate implementation activities with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Plan and execute tasks to meet project scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate technical and project risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Produce thorough implementation documentation and handoffs to Managed Services.
