First Call Computer Solutions is seeking a Tier 3 Professional Services Engineer to lead complex IT infrastructure deployments and ensure secure, production-ready environments.

You will manage multi-site projects, coordinate with clients and vendors, and drive delivery using standardized methodologies. Strong communication and project leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years implementing business IT infrastructure.
• MSP or IT consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering customer-facing projects from planning through production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of technically demanding customer projects.
• Coordinate activities with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Plan and execute tasks to meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Identify and mitigate technical and project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Produce implementation documentation and smooth handoffs to Managed Services.
• Contribute to standards, checklists, and process improvements.
