Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Kentucky region) seeks a compliance analyst to help commercial customers analyze exposure to global partner and supply chain risks using Sayari products.

You will create, deliver, and brief compliance reports and case analyses to stakeholders, support screening and adjudication on partners, and provide timely client service on supply chain issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in supply chain risk screening, trade compliance, export controls, or sanctions analysis.
• 2–5+ years in customer interactions or briefings.
• 1+ year in AI prompt engineering activities.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with import/export, third-party risk, ESG, sanctions, anti-bribery/anti-corruption.
• Optional: fluency in Chinese, Russian, Spanish, or French.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted partner for commercial customers, analyzing exposure to global risks.
• Screen and adjudicate on business and supply chain partners in line with policies.
• Create, deliver, and brief compliance reports and case analyses to stakeholders.
• Provide client support on supply chain issues, including risk and detention responses.

Job description

• Become a trusted partner for commercial customers, helping them use Sayari products and expertise to analyze exposure to global business partner and supply chain risks
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures while conducting screening and adjudication support on business and supply chain partners
• Create, deliver, and brief compliance reports and case analyses to commercial stakeholders
• Provide timely client support on supply chain issues, including entity-level risk and detention response teams
• Maintain expertise and develop novel approaches for critical and emerging customer priorities
• Coordinate with the Revenue team to identify and pursue opportunities to expand customer engagements
• Provide feedback to Product teams as an in-house superuser of Sayari products

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience conducting supply chain risk screening, trade compliance, export controls, sanctions, or similar analysis/investigations; relevant education experience can count toward experience
• 2-5+ years of experience and a successful track record in customer interactions and/or briefings
• 1+ year of experience handling AI prompt engineering activities
• Very strong writing skills
• Familiarity with global regulations including import/export, third-party risk, ESG, sanctions, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to plan and manage projects independently and learn new subject matter quickly and accurately
• Ability to complete projects to a high standard on tight deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desired: professional fluency in Chinese, Russian, Spanish, or French
• Desired: familiarity with open-source investigative techniques, LexisNexis, and PACER
