Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
- Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs
- Design systems and programs to meet complex business needs
- Gather information from existing systems, analyze program and time requirements
- Assist project manager in preparing time estimates and justification for assigned tasks
- Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six or more years of programming or testing experience
- Database skills (Oracle & SQL)
- Knowledge of Unix skills
- Scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell)
Other Qualifications:
- Good personal computer and business solutions software skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, and testing of programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interpersonal skills to interact with team members
- Communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel, and clients
- Knowledge of appropriate programming languages, operating systems, and software
Additional Information:
