Sedgwick is seeking a Sr. Claims Specialist for Professional Liability (E&O, D&O, EPL) to work remotely in the United States. The role analyzes complex claims, conducts investigations, negotiates settlements, and manages costs while upholding client service standards.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and about six years of claims management experience, with strong communication, negotiation, analytics, organization, and teamwork skills. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses as required.
Six years of claims management experience or equivalent.
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze and process complex professional liability claims and manage them to resolution.
Conduct investigations and provide investigation reports.
Negotiate settlements up to authority levels.
Assign reserves and monitor reserve adequacy through life of claim.
Coordinate legal defense and review attorney invoices; ensure client guidelines.
Identify fraud/subrogation opportunities to reduce claim costs.
