Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation experience and a track record litigating and advising on issues affecting legal and accounting professionals and firms.
• Experience handling complex, multi-party litigation and advising on sophisticated regulatory matters.
• National-level experience and familiarity with class action and multistate matters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead counsel in litigation involving legal and accounting malpractice and related regulatory matters.
• Advise clients on risk management, ethics, licensing, partnership matters, M&A and internal governance.
• Proactively manage a litigation caseload from start to finish; oversee cases through resolution.
